ACA Teleseminar on CFPB exams features Kaplinsky, Culhane, and Willis

Posted in CFPB Exams, Debt Collection

Intensive examinations by the CFPB are expected to begin soon for debt collectors and debt buyers. To help you get prepared, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA) is offering a teleseminar titled “Ready or Not: How to Prepare for a CFPB Examination.” Three members of Ballard Spahr’s CFS Group—Alan S. Kaplinsky, John L. Culhane, Jr., and Christopher J. Willis—will be presenting the program, together with the ACA’s Director of Federal Governmental Affairs, Adam Peterman.

We’ll be offering practical tips on the CFPB’s examination process and its focus on record-keeping and account data quality. The teleseminar is on April 12, 2012, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. EDT. Go to ACA’s website for more details and to register.
